Remove curtains and blinds before painting
Coverage of all property with drop sheets,
Pressure washing for exterior walls
Cleaning of surfaces before painting
Prime scratched or scraped surfaces
Scraping, sanding and washing down with sugar soap
Skim coats of plaster to surface imperfections
Caulking/Gap Sealant
Cleaning of all surfaces after completion
